Data All
We are establishing LinkWise’s commercial and delivery presence in the United States, starting in the San Francisco Bay Area. The team is remote-first / hybrid while the local office is being set up. Client meetings and on-site work in the Bay Area are expected.

Data collection
Task design, sourcing, and intake for text, speech, image, video, and domain-specific corpora — aligned to model and product requirements.
Annotation & human data
Labeling, preference data, expert review, and human-in-the-loop workflows with quality sampling, guidelines, and measurable acceptance criteria.
Evaluation sets
Held-out benchmarks, red-teaming and safety sets, and regression suites so teams can see whether a model actually improved.
Industry data programs
Programs for autonomous systems, customer operations, manufacturing, education, and healthcare — where domain rules matter as much as volume.
Delivery operations
Vendor and workforce orchestration, SLAs, unit economics, and status reporting from kickoff through acceptance.
U.S. customer interface
A local commercial and project counterpart for American buyers who need bilingual coordination with LinkWise production capacity.

We are hiring the first U.S. business lead for AI data services.
Head of AI Data Services / AI Data Services Business Lead
Own the U.S. AI data-services line: find and serve customers, scope programs, run delivery with annotation / collection / evaluation partners, and report results. This is a business-owner role, not a dashboard-only analytics job and not a pure software-engineering job.
- Experience with AI data, annotation operations, evaluation data, or data vendors
- Comfort owning customers, pricing conversations, or renewals
- Mandarin for internal coordination with the parent team
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate / be on-site as needed
